Shipping policy
Every OBSI shirt is printed and finished in Switzerland after you place your order (print on demand). That way we avoid overproduction – and you get a shirt made just for you.
Switzerland and Liechtenstein
- Standard shipping: free – no minimum order value
- Express shipping: CHF 10.50 – free from an order value of CHF 150
- Pickup at Mister-T GmbH in 8264 Eschenz: free
- Delivery time including production: usually 2–4 working days (express shipping: 1–2 working days)
EU and United Kingdom
We deliver to Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland and the United Kingdom.
Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order:
- up to 100 g: CHF 4.50
- 101–250 g: CHF 9.50
- 251–500 g: CHF 14.50 (usually equals 1 shirt)
- 501 g – 1 kg: CHF 20.50 (usually 2 shirts)
- 1–1.5 kg: CHF 25.50
- 1.5–2 kg: CHF 30.50
Delivery time including production: usually 4–8 working days.
Customs and import charges (EU/UK)
Deliveries to the EU and the United Kingdom are sent from Switzerland duty and tax unpaid (DDU). Any import VAT as well as handling fees charged by the parcel service are borne by the recipient and are collected directly by the carrier (guide value: usually approx. 19–25 % import VAT plus a flat service fee from the carrier; for textile shipments under EUR 150 there are usually no customs duties in the EU). These charges are outside our control.
Shipping process
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by email.
Please note: delivery to parcel lockers is not possible.
For personalised shirts, production starts after your print approval – from then on the same delivery times apply.
