Refund policy

Short and clear:

  • Switzerland & Liechtenstein: 14 days to exchange (different size or different model) – no money-back refund.
  • EU & United Kingdom: 14-day statutory right of withdrawal with a full refund.
  • Personalised items: excluded from exchange and withdrawal.
  • Defective or incorrect items are replaced free of charge everywhere.

Switzerland and Liechtenstein: 14-day exchange

In Switzerland there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. We offer you an exchange voluntarily: unworn and unwashed items in their original condition can be exchanged for a different size or a different model within 14 days of receipt. A refund of the purchase price is excluded.

How it works: register your exchange within 14 days by email to kontakt@obsi.store (state your order number and the size or model you want). You organise and pay for the return yourself; we cover the shipping of the replacement item. We cannot process items that are sent back without prior registration.

EU and United Kingdom: 14-day right of withdrawal

If your order is delivered to the EU or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, starting from the day on which you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the goods.

A clear statement is enough to withdraw (e.g. an email to kontakt@obsi.store or a letter to Mister-T GmbH, Hauptstrasse 64, 8264 Eschenz, Switzerland). You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. Sending your statement in good time is enough to meet the deadline.

Consequences of withdrawal: we will refund all payments including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from a delivery faster than the cheapest standard delivery) without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement – using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent them back.

You send the goods back to us without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days of your withdrawal. You bear the direct costs of the return. Please mark the parcel clearly with “Retoure / Returned goods” so that no unnecessary duties arise when it is re-imported into Switzerland.

You only have to pay for a loss in value of the goods if that loss results from handling them in a way that is not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning. In short: trying them on as you would in a shop is fine – wearing and washing them is not.

An exchange for a different size or a different model is of course possible too – just write to us.

Exception: personalised items

Items designed individually for you (in particular our personalisation service with your own image) are custom-made products and are excluded from both the exchange and the right of withdrawal. Our standard designs from the shop are not covered by this exception.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, get in touch right away at kontakt@obsi.store – we will take care of a free replacement or a refund immediately. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected in any case.
