Good to know
Which size fits me?
All models come in XS–5XL. Oversize cuts are deliberately roomier, the crop shorter. You'll find the exact measurements for each cut on the product page under “Models & Material”. Good to know: every design is printed in the same print size for all sizes – compared to the shirt it therefore looks a little bigger on small sizes and a little smaller on large ones.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping from Switzerland: standard 2–4 working days, express 1–2 – free shipping within Switzerland, no minimum order value. EU & UK: 4–8 working days, shipping costs by weight.
Can I exchange or return something?
Made on demand – darum Umtausch statt Rücksendung: Wir bedrucken jedes Shirt erst nach deiner Bestellung. Das vermeidet Überproduktion und unnötigen Retouren-Müll – deshalb gibt es statt einer Geld-zurück-Erstattung einen unkomplizierten Umtausch. Ungetragene, ungewaschene Artikel tauschst du innert 14 Tagen nach Erhalt gegen eine andere Grösse oder ein anderes Modell; die Rücksendung organisierst und bezahlst du selbst. Personalisierte bzw. individuell gestaltete Artikel sind ausgeschlossen.

How sustainable are the shirts?
We rely on certified organic cotton, all fabrics are OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified – free from harmful substances.
Will my shirt look exactly like in the photos?
Almost – and in one respect even better: your shirt is printed fresh for you only after you order, not produced for stock. The product images are carefully created renderings of the designs – on the finished shirt, colours, print size and position can differ slightly. Not a mass product, but your one-off piece.
Do you ship abroad – and are there customs fees?
Yes – we deliver to Switzerland and to selected EU countries. You'll see the shipping costs in your cart. As we ship from Switzerland, import VAT, possibly customs duty and a carrier handling fee may be added on import. These are not included in the price and are paid by the recipient directly to customs or the carrier.
